Eric Rodgers, MA, LPC, NCC, BC-TMH
How I Help:
If you keep trying to take control of your life but find yourself feeling repeatedly defeated, you’re not alone. Men have unique challenges of balancing personal and professional relationships, burnout and self-esteem. Worse, many of us feel like we can’t show our vulnerability and seek the treatment we need. This difficulty can lead men to experience feelings of isolation, low self-worth, diminished identity, and difficulty with self-expression. But we’re no longer bound to keeping emotions in a corked bottle and can have a voice in how we feel and experience the world.
Together we can address lack of motivation, career, mood, and other issues you experience. Therapy is a space where it’s safe for “Raw Expression” without judgment. As we work together, we’ll tackle your unique challenges and aspire to reduce your symptoms. We’ll strengthen your emotional control, self-worth, and personal identity to feel empowered in life.
