• Compliance with Signed Agreements: By signing the Informed Consent, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in the document and any other agreements signed as part of your counseling treatment. Failure to comply with these agreements may result in termination of services, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Recordkeeping and Confidentiality: We maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations. Any documents you sign as part of the counseling relationship will be securely stored and handled in compliance with privacy and security standards.
• Changes to Client Agreements: Just for Men Behavioral Health, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify client agreements, including Informed Consent, as needed. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in counseling services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Counseling Services: Refunds for counseling services follow the terms outlined in our cancellation policy as stated in your informed consent documents. Sessions missed without prior notice may be charged a cancellation fee or full session fee.
• Digital Products and Courses: Refunds are not typically offered for digital products or courses. However, if there is an issue with the download or access, please contact us at [email protected] , and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
• Subscription Services: If we offer subscription-based access to courses or content, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
